My Query:-Actually we have purchased Contructed
Five room Home in Village area of Himachal Pradesh.Having area - , and we have
not agriculturiest Himachal resident.
We have shifted to Himchal Pradesh in 1984 ,having
Bonafide Certificate Issued by Himachal Govt.
Now We want to Registered our home on my name,but
one of advocate advices that - Register is not possible, becoz you are out-side
himachali.
Pls request and give a guidance
accordingly.
