Hi,
I want to give my land to a school for lease for 30 yrs.
Is there a legal limitation to the %age increase in the rent which i can demand every year. Can i ask for more than 10% increase every year leagally?
Also, i want to increase the rent by 25% every 5th year. is it possible?
