How to oppose,
Politically influenced deviated High tension Power transmission lines on agricultural lands? The electricity board, just omitting private housing layouts and Brick kiln on route and choosing agricultural lands for Tower erection, those towers are close to existing residential area to secure the Politician’s lands and brick kiln?

Submit your grievance toThe magistrate/police commissioner, on receiving the representation from the landowner and making necessary enquiries, fixes the compensation with directions to the company to pay the compensation to the landowner. On receiving the magisterial order the landowner can take the compensation and allow the company to construct towers draw the line. Further, the landowner, if not satisfied with the magisterial order, can take the compensation reserving his right to make appeal to the appropriate authorities for increasing the compensation under rule 3 (4) of the Act.

Sir,
There is deviation to avoid a politician lands. even a layman can say that tower lines are deviated.
Moreover, there is huge gap between two villages, but exising tower line is very close to a village's residential area.
Is there any way challenge this or we have leave the matter as it is?
