Mediator will give some fair opportunities to you wife for appearing before mediator. Mediator will submit his report mentioning absenty of your wife for mediation.

Actually it is good for your evidence wherein you can show wrong approch before the court.by your wife by way of not appearing before mediator.

No - i guess there is a misinterpretation.
in the high court hearing she has not turned up.
so my advocate asked for mediation.
