what is the time period within which one can appeal to high court?

The lower Court's order may have a mention or else please provide details on the basis of which one can check what the time limit could be.

yes time limit differ from case.. but no issue u can have the option to condone the delay in filing appeal. file the appeal with a petition to condone the delay.... all court will accept and entertain the same..
