High Court appeal

Hi all, Gud aftrnoon
I got trial court verdict in evection of tenant
In my favour the court ordered tenant to pay the rents pending & asked to quit after 2months & passed the order saying no legal substance in tenant side

My question is
1 even though no legal point from tenant side but tenant is saying he will move to high Court, can high court admit the case if no legal point

2 if it admits how long it takes the process to complete the hearings & pass the judgement

3 is their any panel set up in the higherh court to study the merit of the case weather to admit the case are not
Plz answer all questions would be much appreciated
Thanking you all
