Help with sister's divorce

My sister was married for 4 years. During these 4 years, there were several situations of physical and mental abuse, dowry harassment and suspicion. We never gave any police complaint. We were at the verge of filing divorce once before but compromised to settle with pressure from family. Finally she couldnt take the mental torture and came back home. After couple of years of separation, we finally convinced that guy to sign for mutual consent divorce. The court gave a second date to report. But now that guy is harassing and asking for money/gold to come and sign the papers. Since we dont have documentation of anything until now, how do we handle it? Going through police is a major head-ache and would like to avoid as much as possible.

What should we do?

Dear,

Call the other guy and ask what he wants in detail for the second motion (record his voice) and then file a divorce petition again on the ground of cruelty.
