Help with citation please

Dear Experts,

I shall be extremely grateful if you could provide me Citations / Judgements on  Request for Separate accomodation for wife (Divorced) occupying my house and challenging divorce decree in  High Court. My mother is a cancer patient and I need to appeal before the High Court that I want to provide her (wife) a separate accomodation till pendency of the case.
