Help required for 498a case

HELLO

Can anyone suggest any good apex court judgements regarding how the court should disregard the allegatioins mentioned inm an FIR/Complaint u/s 498A IPC if there has been a long unexplained delay in filing the case?????

Dear Chaterjee,

Allegations which are common in nature in every 498A and DV have to be countered only with merits and prove that the complainant is false.Judgements of lower courts are not available.
