I want to know under which section one can file a case against a credit card collection company or collector in person if he or she is abusive and puttng mental pressure by harassing the defaulter customer where in he agrees to pay after sum time as he is going through financial problem? We all know the bank will put all sort of charges to this customer which he agrees to pay but in future..Any Prompt suggestion will be appreciable. And what if Police doesn't file the case then what ???
