My sister bought a property from my dad , they written that thing on a stamp paper. But he did not registered that property and then she went to court ,to file a case against my dad. Then court called him and asked that thing then he accepted everything. After that also he did not registered that property. Then my sister has got a decree from the court . And sent a notice to my dad to register that property with in a month of time. Eventhough also he did not registered that property. Recently he died. We are kids of my father second wife . he has first wife and doest have any kids and they did not take any diverce. What is the procedure to get that property my sister?
what will be happen ? Could you please give some advice how to get that property ?
