Help for job termination

Dear sir,

My relative is working in one of the PSU bank in india. Now he creates so many problem after getting job and she give threads to his own parent to send him jail. I will like to know one thing whether their parent can request for termination of his job in the bank. I know this is odd question but the condition of their parents are too bad. If possible please help me on this.
