How do i get legal heirship certificate for my grandfather(mother's father) who died 60 years before??
Please tell me the procedure regarding getting a heirship certicate.

Such certificates usually issue from the concerned Tahasildar offices.

legal heir certificates have to be obtained from a civil court only. Tahsildar can give only a family members certificates
