Hearing date delay

At what stage is the case? Please give facts.

There was a writ petition filed in the high court last year on the month of march. 

The case is a property case, and we are still awaiting a hearing date from the high court. 

The case is a fight between 7 siblings, the property does not belong to the parents of the siblings and there is no will or document to mention the same. One of the sibling has been staying in the property for 35 years and during that time there was an order passed by the state government, that the people residing in the property can buy the house if they showed the following proofs like water bill and tax etc. It was bought and a sale deed was issued by the bbmp. The other six siblings had filed a case and the case was in the lower court and the case went on for more than 7 years. With alot of struggle a decree was finally given at the lower court which had dissmed their plea. As the fight was going on between the sibling residing in the property and the bbmp in the court which the second stage in the case. The other siblings had tried to intefer in the second stage again and it was dismissed once again. 

The 6 sibilings had no choice but went to the high court and filed a wp. This is in brief of the case matter.
