Harassment after divorce

In a family court , I got divorce four years back legally and I am living with my Nine year old Son.

Now the ex-husband is harassing me in the way of phone calls,SMS,   reaching to my work place & office and spreading bad messages about me to my superiors .

Also he had visted my fathers house without any reason and they didnt entertain and for that he has made false police complaint against my father stating that he has been beaten up and filed a FIR

I feel highly feared because of this incidents and harassment

I would like to know the type of complaint and case which can be filed against him for this harrasment and his behaviour not respecting the legal divorce.

Also , I would like to know the IPC sections for which case can be made.

s.354 IPC, S. 506 IPC and S.509 IPC.  You also can give complaint on phone to the police, if you are living in metro city about phone threatening, SMS vulgarity.
