Hi there I am mentioning some points ,
I have given resignation to company was working as Retail operation manager ,
Company was not doing good behaviour with me and I have given complaints for them ,on 4april , after that VP and he came to me and asked exit from the company immediately they will give 2 month salary wich I have in offer Letter, and my March month salary on 8th April,
March month salary I have received and find have to come after 45days
Then now hr send me some shortage and some and saying to meet us
When I resigned they asked me to go immediately, now my fnf time came then they sending mail for some shortage in stock and inventory petty cash , all the thing responsible store manager and staff and cluster manager , because petty cash coming in store manager accounts and stock in receiving by staff and store manager please help me to get out from all this , help me to get my full and final..
