Here is a case whrein a male adult harrasing by posting number of very much obssesive love messages on TWO social networking sites. Even he posted girl photo too. Girl is afraid of filing a complaint with police .My question is whether a third party can file a complaint for the that person who is posting on social networking sites.

if third person is a relative or next friend of the victim he may make complaint . i think it would be better to inform the site admn to ban this person before taking any next step.
