railway refund half amount to me on refund case for train route diversion on the day of journey, i made objection then they said re raise your complaint. i did that n now they are saying no refund pending. i made so many calls n mails but not received any reply from them. should i go to consumer court ? its a 7.5 month old case which i m continue following. please suggest
