I lent 4 lacs to some lady who I do not know through my trusted friend for investing in some real estate business. I had given the money to my friend. In return for the 4 lacs that I provided to my friend which in turn was given to some lady, I received 13.5 thousand per month as interest. As per the legal agreement the lady has to return the money (4 lacs) within 2 months whenever I would ask for it. After 1 year I asked my friend toask the lady to return my 4 lacs and gave 2 months time as stated in the agreement. Now the 2 months are over but my friend and also the lady have not given the money. Now what can we do? I am really stressed as it was my entire hard earned money.
