HOW TO ESCAPE FROM 304PART-2 CASE FOR AN GOVT EMPLOYEE

I am an AEE in electricity deportment,I was accused under act 304 part-2 as A3 in an electrical accident. Accident was occurred due to linemen negligency. And I got anticipatory bail,also submitted in court. But still police deportment not put charge sheet on court. So,is there any possibility to escape from this case. Please help me, I'm under prihbition period in my service.
