Guidance required

My sister and me have applied for settlement of a property in Bangalore which had been in dispute between the both of us. The court order is due for this division and we're expecting it soon. I wanted to know what is the procedure that I have to follow soon after we receive the court order?

If it is suit for partition, after decree either of you will have to file Findal Decree proceedings to get divisions in the suit properties after this proceedings you will have to file an execution petition to get the possession of your share in the suit property

Does it work similarly in Bangalore? The lawyer is telling I will receive a decree order from the court. What does it mean?
