Guidance for gettinlicense for non official marriage officer

In India the Marriage Officer/Marriage Registrar will be appointed to register/solmnize marriage under Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Special Marriage Act, 1954.Individuals from any religion can opt for a court marriage. The law is clear about it. You can belong to the same religion or two different religions. It does not affect the process of court marriage.  And under Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 by a licensee who have got license from the Government of a State.

But no Non-Marriage Officer license to my knowledge.
