Is it legal to buy a gramthana site which is under BDA limits ? I have visted a layout in Hennur which is DC converted and approved by Gramthana with BDA NOC. But it seems this land comes within BDA limits, so i am not sure if it can be purchased ? If it can be purchased how to proceed with BDA conversion ?
