a person john paul made a gpa agreement in 1985 with laxmikanth regarding a land.
john paul sold that land to nirmala in 1990 with all leagal formalities but in 2003 laxmikanth sold the same land to naresh.
who is the rightfull owner of the land and if nirmala needs to go with any leagal formalities what can be?
please any lawyer from this forum help me sir its a request.
