I did sale agreement on for the prroperty on nov 5 2017 and planning to do registration in this month.
Now AGPA documents is on both wife and husband , On dec 20 one of the AGPA holder expired (husband). for expired person they got death certificate and leagal heir certificate.
we are ready with the sale deed documents and registrationw with all documents from AGPA holders and AGPA holders son's and daughters are ready to come the register office and sign the documents.
some person said if one of the AGPA holder expired , that document get invalid and we have to do some other process for registration.
Could you please help me on this to proceed for registration.
