I have applied a loan from bank for a property, The sale deed of previous owner is done on GPA where son has made his mother the power of attroney for that property, I have submitted the copy of GPA, but the advocate is asking for the declaration that he has given the mother power of attroney to sell the property, As GPA already mentioning it, what can be done for this. Son is staying outside india and it will be difficult to get him.
