I have property in Delhi/NCR in one of the unauthorised colony. My relative & my father purchased the property in 1984 from GPA holder Mr X in the name of my relative. And we have paid the his portion of amount in cash in 1990 & took posession but not on GPA. And property is in posession of me since 1990. Now the original principal & GPA holder (my relative) died 10 years ago (2008). Now legal hiers of my relative raising on claim on that property. Is it possible? that legal heirs does not have original GPA as well. As same was lost few years back?
Is any remedies avaible to me ?
