sir, my father bought a site uder GPA in 1985 and built house in the same year. we are in possession since then. my father executed sale deed in favour of my mother before his death. now the person who sold the site put a case against us telling GPA and sale deed is not valid. we sorted the case in mediation court. the court has ordered that sale deed is valid. what is the next procedure for registration.
