my question is about NOC in govenment job change. I have joined another govt job (Railway SSE) within the processing time of a govt recruitment (ESE by UPSC). I didn't produce the NOC for ESE as I was not working as SSE at the time of application to the recruitment process of UPSC. Now, if I got selected in UPSC exam, what will happen to NOC? What are the rules to tackle this?
