What about maintenance in that situation ZERO

 

 maintenance is applicable to suspended employee.  Not to dismissed employee.

I am paying monthly maintenance from last 1 yr. as per the verdict of 125(c). But 498A is still pending. It was filled just before 125(c). In worse case, what could be my govt job and maintenance for her and my children ?
