Govt employee misconduct

But how did he manage to change name in service record?  Anyways andrha ppl are known for stuff like this.  Two wifes are common in AP for men there.  If he has managed to change name of wife in service record, he can manage anything.  It will be futile exercise running behind him.  What you can do is, take photo or video of first marriage and take copy of service record and complain to higher authorities of his department.  System is corrupt.  Just try.  Good luck.

if so has the reply come under approval of the appointing authority of the govt employee? (you can use RTI to get copy of the decison?
