I am starting one new business (taking order from one place, manufacturing from second person) with one of my friend. we will b working as a middle man. Mostly we will b dealing with multi-products especially bags and gifts articles. I have following query.
1) Shall i make gomasta for every products we r dealing in with. Or is one licence is sufficient for all products.
2) What shall mention in "nature of Business" column.
3) Do i need to make partnership deed.
