I got orders from dist.consumer forum,hyderabad against golden forest to claim maturity amount when the cheque returned from bank 3 years back.there is no response from golden forest.now what should i do?
please guide me.

It is felt that one company by the name and style of ‘Golden Forests’ was liquidated and It’s Director was put in Jail.
The assets of the company were sold to pay the depositors.
You may run a check on this and find out if it is the same company.
If some of the assets of the company are still lying unsold due to litigation etc you may approach the appropriate liquidator for your dues.

File an execution Petition against the company for recovering the amount.
