my best friend given surety to my cusin brother.cusin is not paying amount of chit from past one year i am paying monthly chit amount .my position is very bad to pay chit amount.so chits agent is saying that court will handle this.so my friend is govt employee and my cusin has small scale industry and owner of that land also.should i put case to recovery from cusin (he has business and land owner).please give suggestion and furhter i will proceed with lawyer to get out this.
