In some cases it seen investigation officer / police deliberately remove / not put material evidence in charge sheet so that accuse get it advantage during trial and get acquitted.
Can complainant put that evidence in court knowledge during trail?

Complainant can always appoint his advocate in court. Advocate can proceed with your case before court.

Let me repeat my opinion.
If one wants to see the most notorious criminals, one must look for them only in judges.
