Girl friend issue

Hi, I have been in a relationship with a girl for past 2 years.we have been close physically but never had s*x.she is bit older to me and also a divorcee.we have planned to get married but due to religious issue my parents are not accepting.when i started discussing possible idea of break up,she started threataning me saying if i dont marry she will file police complaint against me as i have promised her to marry but now saying no . Would like to know what i can do in this situation. Thank you.
