Hi
My wife and me are separated since 4 months now, she has filed a DV case against me, would it be safe to transfer my house before the case comes up for hearing. Did not yet recieve the summons and then can I state in the court that I do not own the house now? Btw I am pretty sure she wont ask for right to residence as she wont ever join me back or would not want to stay with my parents in the house. Please reply urgently

Dont transfer the house as of now to anyone, retain it, in case the DV case is likely to go against you, the circumstance will suggest you the next course of action in that respect.
