Dear Team - its gift deed done by grandfather to Grandson and Grand daughter. and daughter got expired related to dowry death and her daughter is 6 year old kid.
Now is that property has rights for her husband also to claim, bcoz small kid is staying with grandson and he is taking care of the child.? Still criminal case is in pending as charged 302 on him.
Please guide me and let me know.

The property shall be in the name of the grandson and granddaughter only. However, their father can act as a guardian for the property or another guardian can be appointed by the court in respect of the same.
