Gift deed revocation

It would be helpful if someone can help me out in clarifying the following on gift deed:

Can a gift deed be revoked with the consent of the donee?

yes its possible to revoke the gift by the donor with the consent of the donee

Better option is to gift the the property back to the donor.

If mutually agreed and executed jointly by the donor and donee, the cancellation of gift deed can be executed.

yes it can be revoked and if you again gift then additional stamp duty will fall
