Gift deed registration in delhi

My mother wants to gift me our family house, freehold DDA flat in delhi. What is the procedure for registering the gift deed in delhi and how much is the reagistration charges ? Do we need to take any permission from DDA before registering the gift deed ?

Execution of gift deed in blood relations requires nominal charges of Stamp duty and registration.
