Hello, I am staying in Navi Mumbai. I have purchased one flat which is in name of me and my brother. There is loan on same flat where I am applicant along with my wife & brother in co-applicant. Now my brother wants to do gift deed of his share of flat as my name. Is society NOC is required before registration? Or Banks NOC is required before approaching society. My bank is saying that they do have option as NOC for gift deed.
Pls guide me actual process & path to follow.
