Dear sir
my mother is having 60/40site in which my mother gifted me 25/40 site,it has been registerd and katha has also been done,i have house tax also,everthing is done legel,my father and my sister wher present at the time of regester,in subregister office,kindly let me ,will the gifted site will be taken back by my mother.

If everything is legally done then why do you worry? If there is no force or fraud played upon your mother to register the gift deed in your favor, she cannot take the property back now.

gift once given can not be revoked back if the donor is have legal right to gift that .
