Gift deed

a father gifted his self acquired property of 3 acre to his son,

now son is not looking at his father by any ways,

now father is 85 years old,he can't go to court and he can't challenge,

what father can do for his food and other things or is there any route to get back his property ?

The parent can definitely approach the High Court under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and he will get immediate relief.
