Our Head Office is in mumbai where we are registered with Shop & Establieshment. We have a small branch office in Bhopal where no trading is done. All the activities like salaries and all are process by HO. Excepct  samll expences like Petty cash is handled there in Bhopal. The office is in a Residential area. In that case do we need have a Ghumasta license. Can anyone advice me?
