Getting rent from tenant through direct deposit

Hi,

We have been collecting rent for our property in TamilNadu from our tenant through cheque till this time visiting in person. Now that we couldnt go inperson we asked tenenat to send cheque by courier to our address but he is asking for our account details so that he can deposit the rent. Is it fine to share account details and get rent via direct deposit or will it bring any legal problem in future. Please advice.

For both party convience u can give your account No and name of branch nothing more.

It will show documentray evidence for collection of rent.

If u like my solution then will you give THANK on my LCI profile.
