Get fir

Hi

I don't know this is the place ask this question , i don't  know to whom  should I ask so I am asking here , I had an accident my car with a bike , bike rider got injured,  to claim the insurance for my car I need copy of FIR, police officer said it is submitted to the court and I will not get it from police, how do I get the copy of FIR from court?
