My brother is flying to Germany this month & will be returning only after 3 years.... & I feel that there shall be a necessity to obtain a General Power of Attorney from him on my dad or mom's name which enables our family to carry out any activity on his behalf (if needed)
Is such a GPA needed for sure? if soo then can some one provide me with the format of the same.... & the procedure of getting it registered
