Gen category guy claims of reserved cate on job termination


 

Can anyone guide me with this problem? A person has done his entire service as a candidate of general category he later cannot avail benefits of a reserved category by presenting a certificate with regards to such reserved category later,  that is at the time of his termination. Can anyone provide me with some legal advice on tis?

The question you should have answered yourself. Since the other candidate belongs to reserved category, then he is at liberty to use it whenever he wishes so. Why that bothers you?

In what way the certificate is connected to the termination of service by an employer ?

The disciplinary rules and regulations are uniform for all employees.

The person has already foregone his/ her benefit of reservation, which can not be claimed at this stage.

Dr. JC Vashista, u r not the authority to say that the querist has lost his right because he didn't use it during the days when he didn't want to. Right remains right forever no matter if it is not used anytime earlier. Nonetheless, if querist wants to use that right now, then which law stops him doing so? Kindly do not misguide the people on the basis of your biases.
