Gair marusi

Dear Sir

We grandfather has land in HP,but now my grandfather has expired.My grandfather has three sons including my father.

My grandfather has done the vasiyat of land mention Gair marusi in revenue records in the favour of my uncles children.

Please let me if my grandfather was capaable od doing so.
