may I know GST is applicable for govt value or total property value
for example if I brought flat at 30 lacs (1000 sft) the govt value is 1200 rs for sft .after revision of Arun jetly under construction house 8% is applicable for all ,so when I ask builder he said like that is for total property value and he said we will take on govt value @12% .which is correct can any one help? thanks to all.
